The client shared their CAD drawings, materials, and references — the first pieces of a story. From there, we built a 3D scene that grew and evolved with each round of refinement, shaping a clear vision of the proposed four-storey development. These visuals helped the project move forward with confidence, supporting approval and contributing to the city’s growing density.

At each stage a process image will be provided to the client for feedback. This iterative process will continue for a predetermined number of rounds. A completed visual will be provided + revisions offered at a discount.
